Significant Achievements
May 2012 - July 2012 Authoring and delivering an eight week cross disciplinary enrichment programme for students of Midwifery at University of Salford.

April 2007 - June 2011 Authoring report on teaching strategies for a student with severe and complex difficulties. Responsible for devising a readjustment to learning programme. Organisation and delivery of a weekly programme of remedial tuition. Regular liaising with various support workers/case manager etc.
Compilation of an in depth report recording teaching strategies and progress.

May 2010 Shared management of a two week project in conjunction with the University of Mascerata in Italy.

April 2008 Authored Equality and Diversity Report for three students with dyslexia for requested case study.

November 2006 - May 2007 For Monitoring and reporting weekly as well as management of the support programme for a student with severe difficulties.
Organisation and delivery of weekly support sessions. Authoring teaching methods to increase confidence and sustainability.

September 2005 - May 2006 Authored teaching and delivery weekly programme for two students with specific learning difficulties, to uphold sustainability and studentship.

1988 - 2002 Own company in specialist paint finishing.. Responsible for applying specialist finishes to furniture and walls to a high standard. Responsible for mixing glazes to match exact colours.. Responsibilities to private clients, antique dealer, interior designers and as 'in house specialist finisher' to Fairfax; a bespoke furniture designers and cabinet makers [1999 - 2003]
1999 - 2000 Part time employment at Sealpoint framing gallery. Responsibilities for restoring gilded frames and paintings.
